What Bernie’s Tax Returns Say About Him

Sen. Bernie Sanders just released 10 years of his tax returns and they are very telling about the 2020 candidate.

Sanders has long spoken out against the 1% but according to his returns Sanders sits comfortably with that crowd.

The senator and his wife had an adjusted gross income of $561,292 this past 2018. Even by the liberal standards of the Economic Policy Institute this puts the Sanders household in the top earners bracket. EPI shows that families that earn $421,926 or more a year are part of the group.

This will undoubtably come up as Sanders butts heads with President Trump. While releasing the information the senator took some swings appearing on Fox News saying, “why don’t you get Donald Trump up here and ask him how much he pays in taxes? President Trump watches your network a little bit, right? Hey President Trump, my wife and I just released 10 years. Please do the same.”

OK Bernie, let the rest of us see them so we can read them for ourselves, then we will see where you cheated on them. We know you received SOME income that you did not acknowledge and you probably got more deductions that normal people that really needs it don’t receive.

Right, Bernie. Now show us your real returns. You know the ones where you tell all and hold back nothing. This charade was done for the dems., not the public st large. I am not falling for it.

Who cares about Bernie Sanders Tax report? Nothing but a Democratic try to get Trumps information and all they want from that is to pry into his business. I’d bet that neither Bernie nor Trump collected, filled out, nor prepared their tax forms. Any takers on that bet?
