Biden RETRACTS Previous VP Statement?

He’s just another hypocrite.

2020 Democratic candidate Joe Biden has backtracked on having a woman of color as his running mate. He is currently facing criticism for saying that African Americans that were voting for Trump “ain’t black.”

About having a woman of color as vice president, Biden said, “Look, I’m not going to get into that now because we haven’t gotten there yet. There are women of color under consideration and there are women from every part of the country under consideration.”

He continued saying, “There’s a lot of really qualified women that are ready to be president, but I’m not making that commitment.”

There have been many rumors that Biden has been heading towards having a woman of color as his vice president, but it seems like they have all been just rumors.

However, Melanie Campbell, president of the National Coalition on Black Civic Participation said, “You can’t win the Democratic presidential nomination without winning the South, and you can’t win the South without the black vote, and you can’t win the black vote without winning the black women’s vote.” So it looks like the odds are stacked up against Biden.
